We collect information needed to provide Stage Timer Pro, process orders, deliver license keys, support customers, protect our systems, and improve reliability.
- Order data: name, email, phone, company, package, price, order reference, Machine ID, payment status, payment slip or payment gateway details where applicable.
- License data: license key, license type, activation status, Machine ID, activation date, expiry date, transfer or renewal status.
- Support data: support ticket details, issue category, message content, screenshots or files you choose to provide, and email correspondence.
- Technical data: app version, operating system, platform, hostname, timezone, launch count, heartbeat time, IP address, and approximate country/city from IP.
- Download analytics: installer platform, download time, IP address, referrer, user agent, duplicate/suspect download flags, and approximate location from IP.
- Website security data: anti-spam fields, rate-limit signals, logs, user agent, and IP address.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- create and manage orders, invoices, payment confirmation, refunds, and license delivery;
- activate licenses, verify Machine IDs, prevent license abuse, and support transfers;
- respond to support requests and troubleshoot app or activation issues;
- monitor software reliability, active installations, downloads, and platform demand;
- detect fraud, spam, repeated downloads, suspicious key attempts, or unauthorized use;
- send transactional emails such as order confirmation, license keys, support receipts, renewal notices, and important service updates.
3. Payments
If you pay manually, we may store payment slip details and verification status. If you pay through a payment gateway, the payment provider processes payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not intentionally store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on our server.
We may store payment references, checkout IDs, payment status, provider name, paid amount, timestamps, and webhook payloads needed for accounting, license delivery, and dispute handling.

If you want to update your email, Machine ID, license ownership details, or support contact information, please contact us with your order reference or license details.

Stage Timer Pro is intended for professional event and production use. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
