Can I upgrade from Event Pass to Lifetime?

Yes. Contact support with your order reference or license key. We can review your current Event Pass and guide you through the upgrade price and payment process.

My computer broke. How do I transfer my Machine ID?

Submit a support ticket with your license key, old Machine ID if available, new Machine ID, and a short reason. We will verify ownership before issuing or transferring the license.

I lost my License Key. Where can I find it?

Check the email address used for purchase first. If you cannot find it, send us your email, Machine ID, order reference, or payment proof so we can locate your license.

Does Stage Timer Pro work offline?

Yes. The app is designed for offline show operation after activation. Downloads, ordering, support, and some activation checks may still require internet access.

How long does it take to receive a license?

For manual payment confirmation, delivery depends on verification time. If automated payment is enabled in the future, successful payments can be processed faster.
